【Start】
●Things to bring
Please make sure to bring the following on the day of the race: your athlete bib (affixed bib tag), plastic bag for baggage check and sticker to put onto the plastic bag which you received on the day before the race (May 11, 2024).
*If a bib has to be reissued due to personal circumstances of the participant, a reissuance fee of 1,000 yen will be charged at the venue.

●Waiting area
Kohshin Rubber Athlete Park Sendai, East side of the road
Please note that the waiting area differs depending on the starting block you are in.
Since the waiting area is outside, we ask runners to take adequate precautions against rain. Transparent rainwear, or garbage bags that are about 45-liters in size with holes opened for wearing, are useful as they can protect you against the cold while leaving your athlete bibs visible. Furthermore, if you are to throw away your rainwear during the race, please make sure to do so at a trash bin located at one of the water stations.

●Changing room
There are changing rooms in the athletic field (behind the reception for overseas runners); however, please come to the venue in your running outfit if possible as it is expected to be crowded.
*Please refrain from performing stretching exercise at the changing room or the waiting area since it might cause trouble to other runners.

●Baggage check
The overseas runner counter will double as the baggage check desk.
・ Check-in begins at 7:00 a.m.
・ Please make sure to put all your belongings inside the designated plastic bag included in the runner’s package. Fasten the top of the bag and affix the athlete bib number sticker on an easy visible part of the bag.

・The event staff will confirm at the exit gate if the sticker is affixed securely.
●Call time of starting blocks
 ・ Time: S-C block 9:10 a.m. to 9:40 a.m.
D-G block 9:20 a.m. to 9:50 a.m.
